Work Space

The retreat space here at Honey Hill includes a large work room that provides space for 9 people to spread out on their own 5 foot table. We use comfortable ergonomic adjustable Koala sewing chairs.
Each person has access to their own power strip and personal trash can! You’ll have your own design wall located close by to easily lay out your sewing projects. Daytime lighting makes this the brightest room in the house, you can work late into the night and never even notice!
The cutting room has two large tables, four large cutting mats and houses 3 of the design walls. The bright lights here also ensures that perfect cut!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The retreat center has two furnished bedrooms and two full bathrooms and two powder rooms. A spacious well-lit dressing room is available for everyones use. The master bedroom sleeps 5 and the second room sleeps 4. Each bedroom has a comfortable sitting area, large closet, and a private bathroom. Baskets are provided for each guest that contains a 3 piece towel set and room for their bathroom essentials.
Brightly colored handmade quilts, blankets and fresh linens are provided on each bed. For your convenience tables, lamps and extension cord outlets to charge your devices are beside each bed, no digging behind the bed needed. Extra blankets and pillows along with luggage racks are available in the closets as needed.

Our residential kitchen facilities are stocked with flatware, knives, cooking utensils, cutting boards, measuring cups, cheese grater and peelers, pots and pans, bake-ware, crock pot, Vitamix blender, Cuisinart coffee maker (10 cup), Keurig, griddle and tea kettle. This kitchen has most anything you could need to cook a delicious meal for you and your quilting retreaters.
The retreat house is also stocked with plates, glasses, wine glasses and cork screw. The side by side refrigerator has an ice-maker.
